Welcome to the Advocacy Information Management Systems website.

Are you complying with the the Lobbying Act, R.S.C. 1985, c. 44 and its related Regulations that came into force simultaneously on July 2, 2008?

Advocacy Information Management Systems can help you manage your advocacy efforts and help you comply with Canada's Lobbying Act and its requirements for regular reporting.

Violating the Lobbying Act is a serious offence. Fines can be up to $200,000 and / or you could go to jail for up to 2 years. You or your organization could be prohibited from lobbying for up to 2 years. And whether or not you are prosecuted, all investigations must be publicly reported to Parliament.
